SHIPPING
All orders are shipped via USPS. We only ship inside the USA. Any order that includes a live crab will be shipped via Priority Mail. Live crabs are only shipped Mon-Wed.
WARRANTY AND RETURNS
We make every effort to provide you with quality products and healthy crabs. Our crabs are guaranteed to be healthy for 1 month. If you have a problem with the items in your order please contact us via email at:

Land Hermit Crab Ordering Policy
We offer a few choices in helping us combine what you want with what we have. We promise to match at least one characteristic of your order when ordering a live hermit crab. Whether it be size, color, stripes or solids. We make every effort in making your choice an enjoyable one.
