For any refunds we are sorry to say we refund for the crabs within the allowed guaranteed time.  Because we can not resell a habitat that has been used we are unable to refund the cost of the habitats. 

Land Hermit Crabs are just like any pet.  Please consider the idea of having one prior to purchasing one.
